A historical documentary exhibition titled “Ninaivayutham – A Chronicle of Tamil Suffering” was held from May 16 to 18 at the Students’ Union Complex of the University of Jaffna.
Organized by the University of Jaffna Students’ Union, the exhibition aimed to introduce younger generations to the history of the Tamil people and their experiences of hardship over the years.
It featured historical records on the Tamil community, documents related to the Tamil struggle, photographs depicting the humanitarian impact of the final stages of the war in Mullivaikkal, as well as archival materials and memorabilia.
The exhibition drew large numbers of visitors, including university students, academics, social activists, and members of the public.
