The appointment ceremony for candidates who successfully passed the 2023 competitive examination and interview for entry into Sri Lanka’s Education Administrative Service was held on September 1st at the Ministry of Education in Colombo.
A total of 405 candidates selected at the national level received their appointment letters at the event. Among them was Rev. Fr. Lebon Suthan of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate congregation.
Rev. Fr. Lebon Suthan is currently serving as Deputy Principal of Periya Pandivirichchan Maha Vidyalayam.
He has also served as Head of the Junior Secondary Section at St. Patrick’s College, Jaffna, and as Deputy Principal at Mankulam Maha Vidyalayam in Mullaitivu, Thevanpiddy Maha Vidyalayam in Mannar, and St. Michael’s National School in Batticaloa.
This appointment acknowledges his long-standing service in the field of education and marks his official entry into Sri Lanka’s Education Administrative Service.
