The Ahavoli Family Services Centre of the Diocese of Jaffna has officially announced the opening of applications for its upcoming Diploma in Counselling and Degree Programme in Theology.
According to Director Rev. Fr. Manuelpillai David, the Diploma in Counselling is a two-year programme open to all interested candidates, while the Theology Degree Programme, spanning three years, is available to applicants who have successfully passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination. Both programmes will be conducted on weekends to accommodate participants.
Application forms can be obtained from the Ahavoli Family Services Centre Office on Patrick’s Road, Jaffna, and completed applications must be submitted on or before December 15. For further details, interested candidates may contact the Centre at 076 736 6655 or 077 904 7651.
It is noteworthy that upon completion, the Theology Degree Certificate will be issued by the Pontifical Urbaniana University in Rome, giving students an internationally recognized qualification in theological studies.
