The Diocese of Jaffna has announced a series of clergy appointments across its parishes and institutions.
Rev. Fr. A.A. Amalraj has been appointed Parish Priest of Mathagal, while Rev. Fr. S. Roy Ferdinand has been assigned as Parish Priest of Palaly. Rev. Fr. S.M. Sutharsan has been posted to Urani Parish, and Rev. Fr. A.J. Jeyaranjan has been appointed Parish Priest of Navaly. Rev. Fr. S. Vimalasekaran Vasanthan has been named Parish Priest of Vettrilaikkeani–Kaddakadu.
In addition, Rev. Fr. M.T. Aloy Aruneskumar has been appointed Formator at St. Francis Xavier’s Major Seminary in Colombuthurai, Rev. Fr. A. Mac Donald has been assigned Parish Priest of Anjanthazvu, Rev. Fr. Sebastian Estagu has been appointed Resident Priest of the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima in Pandatharippu, and Rev. Fr. J.B. Antonythas has been named Resident Priest of the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Voyage in Chatty.
